The diagnostic fee of 190 dollars for condensation in a headlight was insane. My wife signed the paperwork though so that is on us. I also had to negotiate with the dealership to honor my extended warranty. I shouldn’t have to ask the manager to dig further into the details. Customers be aware of a diagnostic fee of 190 for each concern.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I had my car appraised and received an offer that was good for 7 days. I came back six days later and was told that they were not going to honor that price and offered me $3500 (yes, THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) less than the original appraisal even though I had a piece of paper signed by the used car manager stating that the higher price was valid for 7 days. Zero stars! I would give negative stars if I could! Do not trade a vehicle with this dealer! I bought a brand new truck traded my SUV. I provided a detailed 10 day payoff instructions on SUV almost a month later my SUV has NOT been paid off!!! I have left voice messages, I emailed. I got one email response asking me for my 10 day payoff to which I sent immediately and reminded them they have had this information. I request status updates no responses! Hey I own a small company and ordered a Savana van 6 months ago. After 4 months I called to get an update and it took 6 days of calling before they even got back to me. Then they told me it was ordered and it would be 2 more months. so I waited 2 months and call back to have them tell me that they didn't ever order the van and then made up an excuse that they don't but V8's in the 23 model even though it was an option on the website. Bought a new Yukon AT4, and was told my parking sensors would be installed in 6 weeks. That was a year ago. Don’t believe a single word they say. My salesman is no longer at the company, and I am bounced around from one person who doesn’t care to the next. Beware my friends, after-sales support is atrocious and difficult. Exactly who you don’t want to trust $70k with.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership, specially with sales personal. Used cars market went up 30% and having this unprofessional service is unacceptable. More customer service training is required

I car with this company after a collision and my car came back super dirty. They say they do a courtesy wash but I doubt they did.

We purchased a 2019 Subaru and we’re lied to by the sales staff . The care was missing a cargo cover that we were told would be ordered. We also were told the car had a full size spare tire and we would be given a full tank of gas after purchase. Of course after we purchased NONE of this was honored. We returned to the dealership and were told basically to bad. The salesman said he was mistaken and we had to just accept he was wrong and dishonest.
