Insanely expensive. Did not go over all services and fees until AFTER completed. Tried to charge over $200 for an air filter, until we questioned then all of a sudden is was brought down to $80.
I have an appointment for 7 am on a Tuesday. We dropped the vehicle off on Monday afternoon around 3:30. I receive a text on Wednesday wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. They must not have looked at my vehicle on Tuesday. I called three more times on Wednesday with the latest around 4pm. I was asked on the last call what year was my vehicle. My rear bumper was damaged by someone at the dealership. My service advisor notified me of the incident. The service manager agreed to have the bumper repaired. I have not been notified that the estimate I received would be covered by Ron Carter service. Very disappointed.
On day of service we are in waiting area and so many loud voices and couple employees using profanity and not caring about if the people in waiting area are offended by it. Took about 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. They charged to replace a weather seal around back door and should have been covered by warranty only had vehicle 1 1/2 and been waiting on a phone call regarding getting our money back for that charge. Poor service. They replaced my back light, unhooked battery, did a annual inspection and the car failed inspection because the battery was unhooked and then they said.."Sorry, come back in a few days..
It took two hours for oil change and that unacceptable One hour is reasonable may go somewhere else next time
The individuals helping me have been great, but the outcome to date has been extremely unsatisfactory. My vehicle was brought in (inoperable) on 06/22, and verified as covered under the power train warranty (faulty transmission valve). However, no completion date can be provided (which I understand and accept), but I have not been provided with a loaner or a rental. I have lost complete trust and respect in the service department at this dealership. I have done all maintenance and repairs at this dealership since i purchased my vehicle in 2017. I had to replace my transmission 2 months ago. I had to invest another $800 on the AC - that's fine. Then I had to replace the shocks.
