Absolutely horrible I will never bring my cat back there again. Brought car twice with same problem and they kept saying they couldn't recreat issues despite the codes it was throwing. Then went in and problem was so bad it need a transmission. ZERO communication even when requested service manager to call. Took a month to get the part with poor follow up and then two service writers quit so no one called to tell me it was ready. Cost me another $500 in a weekly rental because they didn’t have their stuff together. Just poor, poor service for a big dealer like Ron Carter.
The service representative was friendly. The cost was a bit higher than expected. And the wait was 3 hours long.
When purchasing the vehicle I had to purchase a WI dow tint and wheel lock package that totaled $2400. I paid the 2400 but still haven't received the package nor have I received my 2nd key. I also have no idea where to send my payments. MARK! The manager was awesome, but I have serious issues with the salesman and financing.
Kept my vehicle for two weeks on a repair that required no parts and in the process broke my power steps. Now, I’m waiting on a back ordered part.
Worst customer service! ! It took almost a month to get my vehicle fixed, phone calls not answered, no loaner car. I had to take pictures and videos for them to believe me that there was something wrong with the vehicle
