Took a month to get the part with poor follow up and then two service writers quit so no one called to tell me it was ready. Cost me another $500 in a weekly rental because they didn’t have their stuff together. Just poor, poor service for a big dealer like Ron Carter.
The service representative was friendly. The cost was a bit higher than expected. And the wait was 3 hours long.
When purchasing the vehicle I had to purchase a WI dow tint and wheel lock package that totaled $2400. I paid the 2400 but still haven't received the package nor have I received my 2nd key. I also have no idea where to send my payments. MARK! The manager was awesome, but I have serious issues with the salesman and financing.
Kept my vehicle for two weeks on a repair that required no parts and in the process broke my power steps. Now, I’m waiting on a back ordered part.
Worst customer service! ! It took almost a month to get my vehicle fixed, phone calls not answered, no loaner car. I had to take pictures and videos for them to believe me that there was something wrong with the vehicle
Brad was able to get everything back to normal like he promised. Just waiting on part to come in so they can install
I was lied to about the warranty that I purchased from Ron Carter GMC. I was told 6 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper and no deductible. I was scammed on that deal
Ordered wrong vehicle twice! I accepted a vehicle that wasn’t what I ordered after one year of waiting.
My vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday at 7am and for 3 full days I didn’t receive an update, I had to call multiple times to finally talk to my service advisor only to find out my Tahoe had not even been LOOKED at. No diag completed at all. It sat PARKED for 3 full days. I had NO vehicle for 3 full days. I pulled my Tahoe out of service for LACK of service and LACK of communication. I will NEVER come back to this location again for service or to purchase my next vehicle.
