My vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday at 7am and for 3 full days I didn’t receive an update, I had to call multiple times to finally talk to my service advisor only to find out my Tahoe had not even been LOOKED at. No diag completed at all. It sat PARKED for 3 full days. I had NO vehicle for 3 full days. I pulled my Tahoe out of service for LACK of service and LACK of communication. I will NEVER come back to this location again for service or to purchase my next vehicle.
Salesman, Ali, was very nice, enjoyed working with him. I’d recommend Ali to family & friends. However, I felt that management (Mark) could’ve been more forthcoming regarding the purchase price during the process. Not happy with the “total cost” paid. We asked 3 different times to include running boards, but that did NOT happen. This was a Demo and no one went over each line cost and how they arrived at the final price paid. Brought my truck in for AC problem and oil change. Took a week for the repair, which was not bad. I arrived to pickup my truck, after having to call to see if it was ready for pickup. Service advisor Angel stated that it was ready and I could come pick my truck up. I arrived to pick up my truck and after waiting for about an hour Angel was able to help me get my truck back to me. They never answer the phone. They give false time lines and never have any loaners.
The service response time was extremely poor; communication was non existent; no initiative to offer alternative solutions.
We ordered a key and fob Was called and told it was in. When we went to pick it up the service dept had no records of one being ordered
On 1/22/2024 Ron Carter GMC advertised on their website a CPO (certified) 2022 GMC Canyon with only 2700 miles on it for $33,942, I made contact with salesman, Eric Helton and expressed my interest in that vehicle for that price. I told him I will be in on 29 January to purchase that vehicle. When I showed up on 1/29/2024 t purchase that vehicle I was being sold for $39,000.
