Very poor communication. Slow and sloppy work. Over the course of a week we dealt with 5 different service advisors and were slow rolled. Dealerships ability to take care of customers in a timely manner has died! It’s extremely sad that I own 4 vehicles all 2 years old or less and total in value of over $270,000 and take all of them to a local quick lube type place for maintenance because I can’t find a dealership that will provide oil changes while you wait for them. Went in for oil change and tire rotation, I asked before if they would do air pressure when they rotate? Was told yes, get in car and all tires were still low, So I go in and they take car back and do that. Start to drive away and no new sticker with date and miles so I go back and they do that. VERY poor service for such a simple job
High price for chance Oli, ridiculeces price over 130. 00 dls with coupon 80dls end no body explain nothing, so never back
Had vehicle for 10+ days. Poor communication/few updates. No resolution. Dropped off vehicle with just under half tank. Return vehicle to us with less than half a gallon, almost completely empty
This place is garbage. From sales to service department. Lies and excuses. They knew they sold me a bad car. They kept it for 2 days and I took it in 3 times and still have the same problem. This batch are no good and should be fired and prosecuted. No they never did. Have them call me ASAP
We have custom plates. They did not transfer them like they said they would. We’ve been waiting 2 weeks for someone to get it together and make things right. Spoken to 2 different managers and still can’t resolve this. I was told on 10/9 by Mark that it would be resolved by Friday 10/11. No call or anything telling us that it was done. Called at 6pm on 10/11 and left message.
They were slow with communication and service. They charged me 200.00 and never found the problem.
Service is slow. Make an appointment to just have your vehicle wait 24 to 48 hours later to be looked at. Doesn’t really make sense to make an appointment then.
If today is an indicator of how you treat your customers. ..I have no idea why you are still in business. I brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9:00 am this morning (09/13/2024) and I was informed that they would contact me for 1. When they finished the work or 2. If they were not able to finish, they would call me to inform me that they were keeping my vehicle overnight. At about 5:00pm, I began to attempt to contact the service dept. to get an update.
