I was told the repair would take 7 days. It ended up being 14 days with no offer of a loaner & very little communication.
Went in for a complimentary oil change and was treated horribly. The service guys questioned me about how I could have a free oil change when Ron Carter called me to offer it. Plus they literally only did the oil change only. They did not check any other fluids nor vacuumed the vehicle. If this was a way to convince a customer to come to them routinely then they totally failed!
Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. Tech was worthless and Service Writer was worse. Took three weeks to schedule so they could research after which I completed the install with directions supplied in the service bulletin.
Took longer to get back to me than the service advisor initially told me. Not to mention that the dealership didn’t have the sensor that needs to be replaced and didn’t know when it would be available.
Good prices to buy a vehicle but the service department is not good at all.
We took our Tahoe in to get an oil change and have them do a simple inspection. This took them over two days to get completed. This surprised us since they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. We constantly had to call to get an update on the vehicle.
Worst experience ever. I waited a week to hear anything of substance on my vehicle and when I finally did I was given incorrect information, being told my vehicle was irreparable. This led me to buying a new car and then the next day I received a call telling me they gave me information on the wrong vehicle. I will never do business at Ron Carter again.
Very slow and zero updates. A salesman called to sell me another vehicle and he is the one to update me.
I'm disappointed. Car was there 27 days. It wasn't successfully diagnosed until a mechanic who was on vacation returned. I paid out of pocket 2900 dollars on a rental.
