The guy that checked me in was great. I brought my Yukon in for 3 issues. A recall, adisplay issue where the checking guy clearly saw the discrepancy between the radio and the dashboard, and was very familar with my side mirror issue. The car was returned with notations that they could not reproduce the issues. Today I started and stopped my car about 11 times. This was the worst customer service I have ever received from Ron Carter. The service representative was rude and impatient. I had to call multiple times per day to hope and catch her once because she did not return my calls. For the first 3 days, she just told me the tech hasn’t even gotten to my vehicle yet. She kept saying she was going to talk to the tech and call me back but did not. Each day I called to get an update and finally got in touch with the tech she sounded inconvenienced. My review is two part: sales and service department. Sales - First time there we were looking at a bronco for my girlfriend, we did not end up buying one but the sales person was great and informative. Second time, I was looking for a truck. I looked at the Denali and asked the sales person to see what they would give me for my current truck (it was very fair, what they offered). The first time I picked up my vehicle it wasn’t ready so I had to leave it again for another four weeks before I was given a loaner for them to actually get my card that they needed. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle After eight weeks. Besides that thus far a week later has been OK.

My salesperson was Eric H. He was professional, helpful and patient. Was disappointed my car was not ready at the scheduled time. I waited for the cleaning of the vehicles for almost and hour. Then had to go and have the front and rear seats cleaned. They were stained pretty bad.

Sales department was great. I never felt pressured. Finance department was below subpar. I chose to finance with my own bank and not the dealership. Finance dept told me I needed to contact my bank to fill out the remaining paperwork. “It’s not their job otherwise he would have to be there all day. “ I said it is your job.. I’ve bought numerous cars at other (local) dealership and I have never had to call both financing ends. The dealership has always taken care of everything. Very poor communication. Slow and sloppy work. Over the course of a week we dealt with 5 different service advisors and were slow rolled. Dealerships ability to take care of customers in a timely manner has died! It’s extremely sad that I own 4 vehicles all 2 years old or less and total in value of over $270,000 and take all of them to a local quick lube type place for maintenance because I can’t find a dealership that will provide oil changes while you wait for them.
