I went to this dealership for a new car after a service nightmare at Beck & Masten. The sales people were very nice, polite as well. I ended up purchasing a one-year-old G6 for a great price. They even gave me a good price for my trade-in. My only complaint was that I stated at the start that I already had financing from my credit union and the dealership applied for a loan without my permission to two different companies. Deceived me into thinking I had to purchase a dealer package. Purchased a used vehicle in March and in less than 4 months the check engine light came on. Service department has no loaners to give and can’t tell me how long it will take to fix. Manager is now avoiding me and won’t return my calls.
My oil filter was leaking, I took it and paid for an oil change and tire rotation. They never did the tire rotation had to take it back
Stephen was great. What was not great was the estimate of 12k to fix my 2016 Chevy Traverse.
