Stephen was great. What was not great was the estimate of 12k to fix my 2016 Chevy Traverse.
Was told I was going to have my truck delivered the next day after purchasing it, now to find out it won't be till the next day to receive it.
Need better communication. It's so hard to get ahold of representative for an update. Seems like there is alot of turnover and have to deal with someone different everytime.
Worst experience ever, the service department is nothing but lying lazy individuals. I will never do business with this dealership again, if you have to buy a GM product which I highly recommend avoiding. You should defiantly find a dealer other that Ron Carter in Alvin Texas. Not only will they lie to you they never return calls and refuse to help the customer. They have ZERO concern for customer safety or concerns.
Took over 3 months for part to arrive. Damaged headrest during seat repair. Unbelievable! Waiting.

parts department needs work When you won't pick up parts locally you lose customers You cannot keep customers car for days or weeks and expect them to return
I brought my truck in 3 weeks ago to fix a rear view camera and they said they need order a part to fix and call me back when it came in. They also said that about a tailgate recall I hade about two months ago. Still no call backs in either.
