Service was slow. We brought the vehicle in first thing Friday morning, and it was not returned to use until mid-day (11:50am) on the following Tuesday. The scope of work was less than a day. The delivery date/time moved from Monday end -of-day to Tuesday morning to late Tuesday morning. When I was finally told the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was not done when I arrived, and the service manager was not available. So, I had to wait again for someone else to come and help wrap up the paperwork.
Quick Service and communicated clearly of work preformed. Comfortable waiting area. Pleased with service overall

Nice but just didn’t get the personal attention like I’ve gotten at Toyota in the past.
Lorena is great. Shuttle service is a big help. I didn't need to wait at dealership .Able to use GM reward for services is a big plus.

I have had my vehicles serviced here for quite a few years and not been disappointed by the stellar service.
Eric did a really great job of checking me out on the car! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone I know in the greater Houston area.

Currently in the process of buying a vehicle out of state w/ Ron-Carter. My salesman, Richard, has been amazing & very patient w/all my questions. He even has my vehicle set aside and getting her ready to ship to me. No markups, no hassle, a little extra steps to take as it is an out of state dealership.
