The good news is I have not had to take it back! The Equinox is a 2020 I bought in December 2021. It is probably more car than I need but it has been very efficient and comfortable.
Customer service was great. But I did not feel like it should’ve took a 2hr long wait for a customer that had an appt made.
Ali was great. I was in a severe bind to get this truck. He insured that the transaction went seamless.
