Ms.Ann Mitchell, was so Awesome! She greeted my husband, son and I with a big friendly smile. We felted welcome and like we were family. She offered us coffee or water whatever we wanted. She did not stop there she got a saleman to take my us on a test drive, he was great! And, when we return from the test drive we were all thumbs up. Beautiful truck and clean and ran great. Salesperson was very helpful and very informative about the vehicle we decided to purchase. Even after the sale he came and helped us get Onstar connected and explained where to find the chevy app on my phone.
Service was slow. We brought the vehicle in first thing Friday morning, and it was not returned to use until mid-day (11:50am) on the following Tuesday. The scope of work was less than a day. The delivery date/time moved from Monday end -of-day to Tuesday morning to late Tuesday morning. When I was finally told the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was not done when I arrived, and the service manager was not available. So, I had to wait again for someone else to come and help wrap up the paperwork.
