I drive about 2 hours to look for a car and happened to find Ron Carter through CarGuru. The car I wanted to look at was sold to another customer, but Savannah took real good care of me in looking for a car more suitable for me, was within my budget, and fitted my wants/needs well. I had a wonderful experience with her, along with Johnny as he handled the paperwork. I didn’t feel pressured nor was given a rundown of the car, just felt like an A1 customer. I will be back for another car in the near future 👍🏽.

The central console latch on my new 2023 GMC Sierra was broken and couldn’t open the compartment. Dealer had to order a new center console. The one that was put in is USED, not new. I was Not told it was used. I didn’t realize it was used and different color until the next day when I was looking it over in the daylight. (It was closing time and dark when I picked it from the service department). Not happy they put a used center console in my $52,000 Truck.
