There was a little bit f a communication problem, but everything was worked out and I was happy with the service that was provided. I would recommend them. I live out of state, but will use them again when I am 8n the Houston area.
Service is always great here. Why isn't Lorenas name listed.? She has helped me for the last couple years. Great personality and knowledge of her job. Communication WITH the service dept is excellent. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is an entirely different story. I finally learned how to book online, since no one ever answers the phone there. Hopefully, with new mgmt there now, things will get better ..
