Service is always great here. Why isn't Lorenas name listed.? She has helped me for the last couple years. Great personality and knowledge of her job. Communication WITH the service dept is excellent. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is an entirely different story. I finally learned how to book online, since no one ever answers the phone there. Hopefully, with new mgmt there now, things will get better ..
Omar Perez had the vehicle ready for me to test drive as promised. The promptness of valuing my trade in and financing had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
