Justin was very informative. He made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We bought a truck and a car from Justin at the same time. We hope that Justin can help our Son buy his first new car in the near future!
Justin made us feel right at home. He answered all our questions and concerns. He made all the necessary arrangements for us to get the truck and added parts we asked for. I really appreciate the excellent customer service we received!
Called Service Department for an appointment. She was courteous and informative as to the time I requested. My wait time was quicker than expected and check out was fast and friendly.
Courteous person that helped me get a recall done. Everyone I encounter was polite and helped with a great attitude. The receptionist was amazing, kept trying to reach someone for me. She got back to me numerous times to check if I was ok to continue to hold.

I definitely have had issues with the maintenance department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. The staff knew I had an appointment, they got me checked in, and the wait was short for the maintenance to be completed. Hopefully this is an ongoing trend with them in 2024. Great work team on this appointment.
My service agent, Andrea was so helpful and nice. She was waiting for us when we brought our GMC Acadia in for service. She then called us to tell us what’s going on with the service and then was ready to finalize the process when we picked up our car. What a wonderful experience. We only use Ron Carter for our services. Thanks so much
