Amazing Service I decided to buy a Ford Explorer and knew that Ron Carter in Alvin had a great reputation, so I headed over there. Our sales person, Paul Moreno, spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. He was extremely patient and helpful. We never once felt pressured, which was nice! I highly recommend this dealership...and I also recommend that you ask for Paul Moreno! (a U.S. Marine Corps Vet.)

The Friendliest Dealership I gave this high rating because of their professionalism and promptness and friendly service provided. They did an offsite unseen appraisal based on my description of my trade in. They assured me they could get the color of vehicle I wanted.
