First time buying from a Ron Carter dealership, and I highly recommend them. They have a wide variety of brands, and a huge inventory to pick from. It was a pleasure working with Monty Broughton. He was friendly, patient, and very time efficient. He was also very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased, and was able to answer all of my technical questions. He was also very helpful in walking me through a tutorial of operating the vehicle, using the infotainment screen, etc.
Monty Broughton was outstanding and has great customer service skills. He wasn't pushy when it came to the sale. He was very helpful and understanding. He seems like a good person.
Ron Carter got me in quickly, gave me an estimated time frame, and completed the job within that time frame. The price was more than I expected but it was lack of knowledge on my part. They also performed my annual state inspection.
Anthony Alvarez was a joy to work with. He made the experience the most positive we have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. We will be referring anyone looking for a new car to him
