Best car trade in/buying experience ever. I spoke on the phone with them about the condition of the car. They were very transparent and gave me a good estimate on my trade-in over the phone. They drove the car to me one hour away, I test drove it and signed the paperwork and then they drove my trade-in back to their dealership. It took one hour total, including the test drive. I hope to never buy a car any other way going forward. Highly recommend.
We are very happy with our purchase, the team there are amazing down to our sales man padreo and there finances team, they was very knowledgeable about what we wanted and made sure we drove off with our dream car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ricchard La Costa. He was extraordinary and very understanding. We are unusual customers in that we trade cars very frequently. We cannot say enough amazing things about the Service Department at Huston Cadillac GMC.
