Best car trade in/buying experience ever. I spoke on the phone with them about the condition of the car. They were very transparent and gave me a good estimate on my trade-in over the phone. They drove the car to me one hour away, I test drove it and signed the paperwork and then they drove my trade-in back to their dealership. It took one hour total, including the test drive. I hope to never buy a car any other way going forward. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough amazing things about the Service Department at Huston Cadillac GMC. My husband, our 6-month-old baby, and I are currently on our very first road trip in our 2025 Hummer EV, driving from Miami to Orlando, when suddenly a series of error messages appeared on the dashboard. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! Easy to work with, efficient, great communication (even after hours). I was traveling out of state for work and the dealership arranged for electronic signatures and vehicle transport to my home. I am over the moon with my purchase! The vehicle is even better in person than the pictures.
