Purchased a 2026 Lyriq from Huston Cadillac back in November. It was by far the EASIEST car buying experience we have ever had! We live 2 hours away, so we sent in our trade-in information and which vehicle we were looking to purchase from them before we even went to the dealership. I feel that Huston Cadillac in Lake Wales has the most amazing service department ever! My service advisor Brittany is incredible! She is knowledgeable and so very helpful. I bring in my son’s car (who passed away) and she is very understanding about how important this car is to me and she is so very caring about my situation. This car is fixed quickly and carefully. I bought a 2023 Cadillac Escalade. It's having problems with the gearbox and the engine is vibrating. I contacted the seller and told him I was bringing my car back and needed a different one for work. He said he would get back to me. Almost two weeks have passed and he hasn't contacted me. I've texted him but he hasn't replied. I'm really disappointed with the car I bought from this place. I drove over two hours to buy this car and I'm truly very disappointed.

Leased a 2026 Cadillac Optiq Sport from Huston Cadillac and had a flawless experience from beginning to end. Our leasing consultant, Jackson Maggard was extremely responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. The dealership also provided a very competitive deal, and we greatly appreciated the free delivery to our doorstep! If you have an older car. I would not bring it to this dealership. I have a car that was brought in for service this past December. I had to go January and February with no car while I waited for them to get parts. My warranty paid them for all the services. Then I brought the car back in May. The part they had made wasn’t a good one.
