A couple of months ago I purchased a 2026 Escalade ESV Platinum Sport from Huston Cadillac. Eric, my sales rep, was fantastic from the first moment I contacted him. Neither he, nor anyone else from Huston, prompted this review or incentivized me for this - - that fact matters in this day and age. This was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have had buying a vehicle. Our sales person, Lily, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the car that we bought, and she could not have been sweeter. Everyone we dealt with it this dealership was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience working with Bryan. Even though most of our interaction was over the phone, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Purchased a 2026 Lyriq from Huston Cadillac back in November. It was by far the EASIEST car buying experience we have ever had! We live 2 hours away, so we sent in our trade-in information and which vehicle we were looking to purchase from them before we even went to the dealership. We received a quote that same day and to our surprise it was a fair quote, so we didn't feel the need to negotiate (What?!). Great experience buying my Escalade from start to finish! I came to the dealer from over 2 hours away, was able to complete my trade-in and financing quotes online ahead of time, and felt like everything was a breeze once I arrived.
