A couple of months ago I purchased a 2026 Escalade ESV Platinum Sport from Huston Cadillac. Eric, my sales rep, was fantastic from the first moment I contacted him. Neither he, nor anyone else from Huston, prompted this review or incentivized me for this - - that fact matters in this day and age. This was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have had buying a vehicle. Our sales person, Lily, was excellent.
