Jose was attentive & thorough. He kept me informed frequently with texts and always responded promptly to my texts and calls while my car was being worked on. He and the service technicians were able to detect and determine the cause of a vibrating noise in the front of my car, which another dealership was not able to do for me. He arranged transportation for me so that I could leave the car for the repairs.
