Delaney was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a great experience with Henry as well. The dealership was very clean. We got an unbelievable deal! We love our new Infiniti and highly recommend Coulter Infiniti to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Do not recommend coming here if you are a woman. Had my car serviced here back in June, Scott was my service advisor. My cars hard top convertible was having issues and not working. I left my car there for 5 days without being given a rental. They claimed in order to diagnose the issue they had to completely take the trunk apart. After they did this, they claimed that the trunks actuator was broken, it was not covered by my warranty and at a point quoted me over $2000 to fix. My experience from beginning to end has been very positive with Colter Infiniti Mesa,Az. This was our second time visiting and we were greeted with a smile both times. We had enough time to discuss concerns with service manager Jose. We were able to enjoy the nice weather outside while we wait on our diagnostic. This review is for the parts department. Specifically, Henry Hernandez, Marcos, and Alex. We are a small shop in Casa Grande, AZ. We ordered a part, and it arrived damaged. Marcos sent pictures and I spoke with Henry (Parts dept Management) we agreed on 25% discount. Only to find out off of retail price, not the price I had already paid.
