I'm 65 years old and have bought dozens of cars over the years and this dealership is the WORST I have ever dealt with! I lived in AZ for many years but moved to Texas a few years ago. We still have clients in AZ and I wanted to buy a new Infiniti and Coulter has one on their lot that we would like. I bought a beautiful Infinity Q50 over here because it's near my house. I love the car , but the service is very much of a distraction. I paid for lots of extras , including several add on warranty products. Don't ever do that at this particular dealership, unless you like dealing with "pros" who mistakenly "forget" or claim your coverage doesn't exist every time you come in. Along with my coverage I'm supposed to have access to a courtesy vehicle every time I have my car serviced. I've never received this once.
